July, 2008. Heinrich installs a Draabe TurboFog air
humidification system to regulate plant humidity. All input water is run through a reverse osmosis filtration system to guarantee a completely hygienic water supply. This microprocessor controlled system uses microfine atomization to disperse the water evenly. Strict control of atmospheric production conditions is essential in any precision printing operation.

We have just completed the installation of a n
ew automated screen coating machine. This precision unit has the capabilities to both scoop coat screens with liquid emulsion and also apply capillary film emulsions. The coater brings a higher level of consistency to the important task of screenmaking. We continuing to make capital investments in quality production equipment to meet the needs of our customers.
Heinrich installs new Harlequin Torrent RIP February, 2008
Heinrich Ceramic Decal has installed a new Harlequin Torrent RIP in our Prepress Department. The new RIP has increased speed, inline trapping, stochastic dot generation capability and the ability to RIP files for multiple output devices. This new technology is the first step in Heinrich's transition towards a digital screenmaking workflow. Later this year we plan to install a digital Computer-to-Screen system to enhance the quality and speed of our Screenmaking Department.
