Heinrich has implemented a custom system that translates digital pre-press art separations into the final, fired appearance of your decal.

Four-color process proofing once required a full press run, shipment of the proof decals, and then application and firing - an expensive procedure given the small quantities, high fixed set-up costs, and time required.

With digital proofing, we take your artwork, perform the color separations required for four-color process screen-printing, and then use our digital proofing system to check our calibrations and deliver to you a reliable proof print-out with substantially less time and cost.

We continue to calibrate the system to any changes in ink formulations and have already entered our full line of color palettes for both glass and ceramic, including heavy metal-free colors.
