1. First, we begin the process by color correcting the image in the pre-press department.
4. The screen transfers the image to film in a vacuum.
7. The project is printed on our Sakurai Cylinder press.
3. The screen is coated with a photo sensitive emulsion by our automated coating machine.
6. Custom inks are milled in preparation for press.
