The many variables in ceramic and glass decorating require the skilled craftsmanship of an experienced decal manufacturer. The composition and shape of the substrate, application method, firing cycle, and specialized elements such as lead (Pb) free colors, precious metals, and special effects must all be considered. Heinrich is aware of all these factors and more. We have dedicated staff to provide you with the support and information throughout the entire process - including after your order has been shipped.
Submission Guidelines
Please use the following guidelines when submitting electronic images/artwork.
Specific Requirements:
- Four Color Process and continuous tone images must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi at the actual size your decal will be printed.
- Include all placed images (eps, tif, ai, or other source files) involved in creating the final file. You should include all artwork even if you have "embedded" graphics in your files.
- All fonts (printer and screen) must be included with the file or all text converted to paths or curves.
- Files can be transferred via FTP and should be compressed prior to transmitting. Please contact us for a Username/Password along with instructions on how to securely upload files.
- Please provide a color target for matching purposes along with the graphics file.
Software Applications:
Heinrich prefers files from the following applications. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding file type, components, or software editions. Note: for best image quality, please do not send jpeg/jpg files.
