The following is the Heinrich Ceramic Decal, Inc. policy on confidentiality. It is strictly adhered to.

When a customer has paid us for our service of creating pre-press make-ready, including scans, films, art work and color separations, we will retain and safeguard the make-ready, using them only at that customer’s request. The customer may give permission in writing for another customer to use those separations. A customer may request that those separations be destroyed. HCD upon request will return any customer submitted copy or art. Furthermore, we will consider requests to release final art separations if it does not compromise proprietary trade secrets. All outstanding invoices must be paid prior to the release of any art.

Third party trademark licensing agreements may assign ownership of make-ready to a third party if this agreement is agreeable to HCD and our customer, and if the agreement is made in advance of work performed and invoiced. Legally binding third party licensing agreements may require review by our corporate attorneys. Any associated legal costs are to be invoiced to the third party.

When asked to reproduce a decal, which we have printed for another customer, we will need artwork or a release from the original customer.

HCD respects copyright law and works diligently to assure that all material reproduced meets copyright and trademark requirements. We will not knowingly disregard this.

HCD considers project designs and marketing concepts highly confidential. We will not discuss or reveal any of your information to other accounts or vendors.

HCD reserves the right to refuse to produce unsuitable or obscene subject matter.

HCD will not distribute overruns and partial defective sheets to anyone except the customer originating the purchase order.

All account information is also kept strictly confidential. All of our customers can be assured of complete ethical confidentiality.
